  • Employees of the advertising agency and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the competitions.
  • Employees of the company sponsoring a competition and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in that company’s competition.
  • Employees of participating shopping malls and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the relevant competition.
  • Each participant’s name must match the name shown on an official identification document recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • If a person is found to have more than one account, all accounts—including the primary account—will be cancelled without exception. The person will be deemed to have attempted to circumvent the rules and will forfeit all prizes won through those accounts.
  • Residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must enter their full name in Arabic exactly as it appears on their official identification document (National ID or Resident ID).
  • All winners must present valid identification when collecting their prizes.
  • If the details of an account used to enter a competition are changed before the prize draw takes place, the account holder will be disqualified from winning, even if selected as a winner.
  • If a winner’s name does not match the name shown on an official identification document recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the winner will be disqualified and another draw will be conducted.
  • If a winner’s name and mobile number do not match the information registered in the system, the winner will be disqualified and another draw will be conducted.
  • The competition organizer’s scanning of the Prize Receipt Card generated by the eCopon system will constitute the winner’s acknowledgment that the prize has been received.
  • Smart Link Information Technology Company Limited (eCopon) reserves the right to bring legal proceedings for fraud against any person who completes the acknowledgment form using false information or information that does not match their official identification document (National ID or Resident ID).
  • Entry into the competition constitutes implied acceptance of its terms and conditions.
